DESCRIPTION

The supplementation with creatine offers the body the energy necessary to supporting the intense efforts, increases the muscular force, improves the recovery after efforts, helps volatizing the muscular fibers, increases the cellular hydration.

USAGE

It is administered orally: the loading phase: 10 g - 20 g (20 tab - 40 tab) daily; during the maintenance phase, 5 g daily (10 tab) divided into 5-10 portions, with water or other liquids containing glucides with high glicemic index, these ones providing a better assimilation of creatine. Tablets can be swallowed with water or can be chewed. The dose can be administered during days of break.

INGREDIENTS

Creatine monohidrate, dextrose, starch, soy lecitine, cocoa powder, vegetal stearic acid, magnesium oxyde and vaniline.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Using it together with glucose and other monozaharides increase creatines activity. 
Side effects: the product is well tolerated by the human body but, very rarely, side effects can appear (stomach problems, muscular cramps and dehydrating), in case of overdose. 
Cautions: the product does not need cautions at consumption, except for the people with hyperglycemia (contains dextrose) and the people with kidney problems.
