It is administered orally: the loading phase: 10 g - 20 g (20 tab - 40 tab) daily; during the maintenance phase, 5 g daily (10 tab) divided into 5-10 portions, with water or other liquids containing glucides with high glicemic index, these ones providing a better assimilation of creatine. Tablets can be swallowed with water or can be chewed. The dose can be administered during days of break.
