How do I order?

When you have finished adding all the products you want to your cart, click the "FINALIZE ORDER" button and fill in the details on the page (contact details, delivery address, payment method). The order will be honored within a maximum of 1-5 business days.

How do I choose my supplements?

You can browse the site and decide which products you need. The supplements you want to order must be added to the cart using the add option next to each product.

How do I pay?

Payment for ordered supplements is made online or upon receipt of the package. Redis.ro will send a Package within a maximum of 24 hours (working days) from the moment you placed the order. The package will be sent to the address you filled in on the site, during the ordering process.

I'm not clear. What do I do?

If you have not been able to understand how to place an order and the Questions and Answers chapter was not helpful to you, then you can call one of the Redis.ro operators to receive additional information. The phone numbers you can call are: 021.300.75.46, 031/432.16.97 and 0744.632.294

Can I place an order other than through the redis.ro website?

YES, you can place your order both by phone and by email at office@redis.ro . In this case, you will need to write to us very clearly which products you want, the desired flavor, in what quantities and what is the address to which you want us to deliver them.

What happens if, upon receiving the package, I don't pay?

If you do not pay for the package that Redis.ro sent to you, this information will be entered into our database. If you refuse to take over and pay for the package without good reason, none of your orders to Redis.ro will be honored.

How many days will it take for the package to arrive if I order through Redis.ro?

When you place your order, one of our operators will process it. Practically, on working days, we process orders within a maximum of 30 minutes of placing them. From that moment on, the package is prepared and the courier is notified for pickup. The package leaves for you on the same day for orders placed before 3:00 PM, or the next working day for other orders. The time you receive it is, in fact, the time it takes for the package to travel from Redis headquarters to you in the city, via the courier company. An order arrives anywhere in Romania, between 1 and 5 working days.

Can I place an order without being logged in?

YES. In order to place an order you do not need to have an ACCOUNT. Obtaining an ACCOUNT is absolutely FREE and will help you place orders more easily and benefit from certain discounts. When you have an ACCOUNT in www.redis.ro you have absolutely no obligation. Of any kind.
