How do I order?
When you have finished adding all the products you want to your cart, click the "FINALIZE PURCHASE" button, fill in the delivery information, choose the payment method and click the "Pay now / Complete order" button. You will receive a confirmation email. The order will be honored in 1 to 5 business days (delivery time depends on the time of order placement and the address to which the package must be delivered).
How do I pay?
Payment for ordered supplements is made online or upon receipt of the package. Redis.ro will ship a Package within 24 hours of placing your order. The package will be sent to the address you filled in on the site during the ordering process.
How do I choose my supplements?
You can browse the site and decide which products you need. You can use the filters on the site or you can call us for more information and recommendations. The supplements you want to order must be added to the cart using the "ADD TO CART" button next to each product.

Can I place an order other than through the redis.ro website?
YES, you can place your order both by phone and by sending a simple email to office@redis.ro . In this case, you will need to write to us very clearly which products you want, the desired flavor, in what quantities and what is the address to which you want us to deliver them.
What happens if, upon receiving the package, I don't pay?
If you refuse to pay for the package that Redis sent you following an order placed on the site, this information will be entered into our database. Following the refusal to pay for the order placed on the Redis site, no other future orders will be honored.
How many days will it take for the package to arrive if I order through Redis.ro?
Once you have placed your order, one of our operators will process it. We usually process orders within 30 minutes of placing them. The last time to process orders on a business day is 3:30 PM. All orders placed after 3:30 PM will be processed the next business day. From the moment the package leaves the Redis warehouse until it reaches the delivery address via the courier company, it is in the custody of the courier company.
